Summary

Their lead management process was entirely manual, with leads from various social media channels being forwarded to doctors, who then shared screenshots with Business Development Executives (BDEs). BDEs would take up to 7 days to follow up with these leads, leading to high drop-off rates and missed conversion opportunities.

Introduction

To address the client's challenges, our goal was to automate the lead management process, integrate social media platforms, and improve internal operations. We planned to use ERPNext for inventory management, invoicing, and payroll, while implementing Zoho CRM for booking, treatment scheduling, and lead management.
